Now, Flexcar is looking for a Cloud System Administrator to join our team and help support a secure, reliable, and modern cloud environment.

Who will you support
Here is an opportunity for someone who is flexible to support our Flexcar team members who are present in different time zones in IST, PST & EST. Shift timing: 11 a.m. IST to 10.30 p.m. IST.

What You’ll Do
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID
  • Monitor systems and respond to alerts in a NOC environment
  • Review MDR alerts, escalate threats, and assist with incident response
  • Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools
  • Troubleshoot cloud, network, and system issues across multiple platforms
  • Maintain clear documentation for procedures and system changes
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure stable daily operations
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / information technology.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Cloud System Administrator.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Hands‑on experience with firewalls and VPNs.
  • Familiarity with MDR platforms and security alert workflows.
  • Experience with NOC tools and incident response.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • Certification in Network+ and Security+  
  • Experience with tier‑1 hypervisors (VMware, Hyper‑V, Proxmox, etc.)
  • Azure IaaS/PaaS experience
  • FortiGate a plus
  • PowerShell or scripting skills
  • Exposure to SIEM or additional security tools
