Compensation: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour + Plus full benefits (eligible Day One)

Position Overview
The On-Flex Service Coordinator oversees and coordinates the repair process for Flexcar members, ensuring efficient service operations and a high-quality customer experience. This role blends operational coordination and customer communication in a fast-paced environment.
This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation under California law, including:
Overtime for hours worked over 8 in a workday
Double time for hours worked over 12 in a workday
Overtime premiums for qualifying seventh consecutive workdays
Essential Functions

Coordinate the repair process for Flexcar vehicles at hubs and via mobile services
Communicate proactively with members regarding repair timelines and status updates
Deliver a professional and efficient on-site customer experience
Coordinate with repair and parts teams to ensure readiness for scheduled appointments
Confirm upcoming appointments and clarify service details in advance
Oversee servicing of tow-in vehicles and maintain member communication
Monitor mobile service productivity and support efficient route scheduling
Support service advisors to ensure timely case completion
Use internal operational systems to track service tickets and assignments
Maintain accurate documentation and timekeeping records
Safeguard company vehicles, property, and customer information
Comply with Cal/OSHA safety standards and company policies
Required Qualifications
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Comfort working within technology-driven operations and ticketing systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry tools or materials up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
At least 18 years of age

Exposure to outdoor work environments
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Compensation Transparency (California – SB 1162)
The hourly pay range for this position in California is $30.00 – $32.00 per hour.
This range represents the reasonably expected pay range for this role within California. Actual compensation will be determined based on:

Geographic location
Internal equity considerations
This position is paid on an hourly basis and is eligible for overtime in accordance with California wage and hour laws.
