We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our core products.  
Role:  
As a Ruby on Rails Developer (SDEII), you will collaborate with senior developers and other team members to design, build, and enhance applications that improve our user experience. This role provides a great opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.  
Responsibilities:  
  • Participate in the development of new features and maintenance of existing Ruby on Rails applications.  
  • Work closely with senior developers to ensure high standards of code quality and application performance.  
  • Assist in integrating front-end elements with server-side logic and functionality.  
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from specification to deployment and maintenance.  
  • Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues as they arise.  
Requirements:  
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.  
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and familiar libraries such as RSpec and Resque.  
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.  
  • Experience with React for front-end development. 
  • Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).  
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong desire to learn.  
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):  
  • Experience with React and Tailwind CSS.  
  • Exposure to payment platforms like Stripe.  
  • Understanding of customer service software such as Zendesk.
