Compensation: $22.50/hr + Benefits

What you’ll do:
Collaborate with Operations, Service, and Customer Care teams for customer lost property claims
Adhere to customer procedures and standards for lost property claims and controls
Audit lost property and maintain intake, release, and destruction records
Track, administer, and document access to controlled and restricted areas
Monitor access control, issue & maintain local market employee badging, and review CCTV
Installation and troubleshoot fleet telematic devices across fleet assets
Maintain and audit fleet ignition key assets
Observe people interactions and provide response in escalated or critical situations

What drives success for this role:
2 + years of law enforcement, military, or technical trade training or experience
High school education or equivalent (GED)
Managing time effectively; multi-task and prioritize work
Technical background with the ability to learn
Strong verbal, written communication, and computer skills, with attention to detail
Flexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
At least 18 years old
